Septic Tank FAQ
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
Most household tanks need pumping every 3 to 5 years. The right schedule depends on tank size, the number of people in the home and how much water you use.
What are signs my septic tank needs pumping?
Slow drains, gurgling pipes, sewage odors, soggy or unusually green patches over the drain field, and backups in the house are common warning signs.
Do I need to be home when my tank is pumped?
Not always. If the tank access is easy to reach, we can often work without you being there. Call us and we'll talk through your situation.
Do you do septic inspections?
Yes. Call us to schedule an inspection of your septic system.
Do you install new septic tanks and drain fields?
Yes. Besides pumping, we install new septic tanks and drain fields, repair drain fields, and install risers and lids.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Knox, Blount, Anderson and Loudon counties, including Knoxville, Maryville, Louisville, Corryton and Lenoir City.
